work OK 1/1/2009 It's true -- the crotch does bunch up when you wash them. Does it keep them from working? Probably not, but would you like to sit on a bunched crotch? Potty Patty is far superior and Gerber rates second in my book. We only use Luvable Friends when we've run out of the other two brands. Thank You. Was this review helpful?

Buy the Gerber brand if you can 10/24/2008 I decided to buy a pack of these, since they had good reviews, and a pack of the Gerber brand ones so I could compare on my own. Let's just say I went out and bought a bunch more Gerbers. The Lovable Friends version are very baggy and not well-constructed - sort of like fitting your kid with a potato sack. You can hardly tell the front from the back in them, which is a bummer since I had to cut out the super-stiff tags in them, so now I can't hardly tell whether I am putting them on correctly. [...] Perhaps the Lovable Friends pants are made for these HUGE toddlers I see all over. My son does not like the feel of these, so we save them for those days when all of his Gerbers are in the dirty wash. I try to be sure that doesn't happen. These are just kept as backup. Thank You.
