POOR customer service from AMAZON and LUGGAGE ONLINE for luggage

DO NOT order from Luggage Online and/or Amazon. It took them 48 hours to tell me that they were canceling the order I placed because the goods were out of stock (items similar to this one). At the time of my order, the "Pricing and Availability:" chart indicated they were IN STOCK and ready to ship. Save yourself the frustration. Their system clearly does not work well.
