I got this Zen 8gb player yesterday, and plugged it in to charge it. It charged all day yesterday and all night last night - at least 15 hours, when I unplugged it this morning it showed a full charge, then 10 seconds later the battery indicator dropped 1/4, then to 1/2 then it turned red & said low

purchased this item from amazon.com....when it arrived it did not work...sent it back to the seller and have not received a new one yet...been 3 weeks

I got this useless junk as a gift. I should start this off by saying that I am a decent cook, and am accustomed to making brown rice on the stovetop. The first time I used this, I noticed it was quite slow to come up to temperature (at least 10 minutes to a boil with only 2 cups of liquid). Midwa
